Arjun Kapoor starrer India’s Most Wanted teaser was dropped yesterday. Directed by Raj Kumar Gupta, India’s Most Wanted is said to be ‘inspired by true events and an untold story of the manhunt for India’s Osama, without firing a single bullet.’
Fox Star Hindi launched the teaser on Tuesday and the movie is a tribute to the unsung heroes of the nation. Arjun Kapoor plays the role of cop Prabhat Kapoor who hunts down ‘ the Indian Osama’ who had been the mastermind behind
the major bomb blasts and terrorists attacks in the early 2000s in the country.
The suspense thriller also stars Amrita Puri as the female lead. India’s Most Wanted releases on 24th May 2019.

Tanushree Dutta has circulated an open letter criticising Ajay Devgn for retaining Alok Nath in his upcoming movie, De De Pyaar De, amidst the #MeToo accusations against Nath. Ajay Devgn has responded to the letter by saying that replacing Nath would have caused a huge monetary loss for the makers.
He said that the movie was slated to release in October 2018 and was wrapped up by September. Alok had already finished his scenes by August 2018. Alok’s scenes were shot over 40 days in Manali. By the time the accusations came afloat in October 2018, most of the actors had already started shooting for other films. Hence it was nearly impossible to to take out dates and reshoot the scenes with another actor replacing Nath.
“It would also have been a huge monetary loss for producers. The decision to replace Alok Nath could never have been mine alone. In this case, I had to go with the joint decision of the unit. Not to forget, I could not have brought the entire combination of actors back or put up sets again for a 40-day re-shoot. Also, it could have meant doubling of budget, which again wasn’t my call to make,” he added.
He also emphasised the fact that he was extremely sensitive to and supportive of the whole #MeToo movement and he has not gone down his words when he spoke in support of the movement last year. But things were not solely in his hands to control.
Ajay had refused to comment in this regard previously when questioned about the same at the trailer launch of the film earlier.Tanushree had called Ajay “morally bankrupt and a spineless hypocrite”.
The movie directed by Akiv Ali,written and produced by Luv Ranjan, will be releasing on May 17.

SALMAN AND SONAKSHI BACK TO SHOOT FOR THE SECOND SCHEDULE OF DABANGG3
After wrapping up the first schedule in Maheshwar,Madhya Pradesh, Salman Khan and Sonakshi Sinha are back in Mumbai,all geared up to start shooting the second schedule.
The shoot is going to take place at Filmcity, Goregaon, Maharashtra.
Sources reveal Salman will be shooting outdoors for an action sequence in Malad.
After the two month schedule in Mumbai the filmmakers will be moving to Wai and Jaipur to shoot the songs. Sudeep, the south Indian actor, who plays the villain, will be later joining them at the Mumbai schedule.

It was a dream cast but a very challenging one. There was one hitch. The superstar and the senior actress had a blossoming romance at one time before they broke up and went their individual ways. Though time had passed and the actress’s husband and the macho superstar had met cordially on a couple of occasions, the filmmaker was reluctant. The actress’s family could disapprove, he felt and as he was very close to them, he wanted the actress to get their permission before anything else.
The senior actress apparently came back and said that she got the nod and approval from her filmi family and could do the sequel. KALANK FAILURE
The Abhishek Verman directed multi starrer film Kalank released on the 17th April. A mid week release for the Good Friday and Easter holidays, the film was released on 5300 theatres worldwide making it the largest release of 2019 yet.
Kalank, which opened to mixed reactions, has seen box office figures registering a sharp drop
The film is a period drama set in 1945 India has Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan, Aditya Roy Kapur,Sonakshi Sinha, as well as the veterans Madhuri Dixit and Sanjay Dutt. The film showcases love in the times of turmoil, at a time when societal prejudice is at its peak. With magnum opus sets and stunning costume design, Kalank is a treat to the eyes as well as ears with Pritam back in form composing the melodious Ghar More Pardesiya and Tabaah Ho Gaye to party numbers like Aira Gaira and First Class.The acting by the cast is praiseworthy.But several aspects of it,mainly its duration, earned itself criticism of many. The movie at 2 hour 50 minutes feels way too long. The storyline is not that intense to engage the audience for that long a time. But the overall response of movie goers and the critics as well has mostly been tilted towards the negative.As such even though it had a successful opening and the advantage of a holiday release, the overall collection at the end of six days is not great.
When asked about her thoughts on the negative reviews of the critics and the audience for Kalank,Alia Bhatt says,“We are in a creative industry, and everybody tries to put their best foot forward. In whatever we do, we give our best. At times, it turns out good, and at times, it doesn’t. And that’s when we learn, pick up the pieces and move on. It is not always sunshine. At times, it rains too. It is a learning experience for everybody.” Well, for her this is the first time since Shaandaar that her film received heavy criticism.
For Sonakshi Sinha and Aditya Roy Kapur, this could have been a turning point since neither of them delivered a hit of late. Sonakshi Sinha says it is her bad luck that the last couple of films didn’t do well.
Produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, Karan Johar and Fox Star Studios with a whooping budget of Rs 150 crore,the film crossed Rs 20 crores on the very first day but has failed to keep the level up since with only managing to cross Rs 70 crore in six days.

How would you react if you realise a certain Mr Perfectionist of Bollywood is sitting right next to you in the flight?! Yes, Aamir Khan travelled in the economy class instead of the business class on a domestic flight, much to the surprise of his fellow passengers.
The superstar ditched the luxuries of business class and opted for the simplistic economy class when he travelled in a budget domestic airline. The actor looked amused at the kind of attention he was receiving by his co-passengers in a video that went viral.
Sitting quietly at the window seat,Khan is seen dressed casually and sporting a light blue cap and his signature spectacles.Most fans posted the video and applauded him for his simplicity. Aamir was last seen in Thugs of Hindostan last year. His next film, Laal Singh Chaddha is supposedly a Hindi adaptation of the critically acclaimed Tom Hanks film, Forrest Gump. The film is set to go on floors in October, says Aamir. He also added that he will be prepping for six months and reduce weight for he has to be lean and slim for the role. Much excited!
